St Marys destroyed Cal Poly last night, 93-63. This is a decent Cal Poly team that lost to UNLV by 2 and UCLA by 5. Our win against SMC may turn out to be a "signature win". Cal Poly apparently bore the brunt of SMC frustration over the Cal loss. Gonzaga is not nearly as good as people thought they would be. The loss of their backcourt, esp. Pangos is really hurting. Look for SMC to challenge for the leagle title.
