Do it based on what they have done and shown to date, not how you think it ends up. Mine:

1. Stanford - NU game = anomaly (early start), but NU's good; best win of season and is ROLLING
2. Utah - Really good defense and ordinary offense against anything other than bad defenses
3. USC - Great offense but not elite on defense
4. Cal - Not as good as USC on O and weaker D, but Goff makes them better than ASU
5. ASU - 2nd best win on the season, but crushed at home by USC & losing handily to aTm hurts
6. UCLA - Rosen is True Frosh, but also gave up > 2x the offense to Arizona that Stanford did
7. Oregon - Weak D and QB play; not good enough to beat anyone above them on this ranking
8. Washington - A rugged defense but just not much on offense
9. Washington State - I know, but they have a better defense than Arizona and can score a bit
10. Arizona - Even with Solomon at QB, Stanford still wins by 24
11. Colorado - Not quite enough athletic talent, but does compete hard and has a veteran QB
12. Oregon State - Maybe best worst team the conference has ever had, but aren't very talented and have True Frosh QB
