Quinton Locklear. He's 6'2/205 and out of Southern Lee High in Sanford, NC. Far as I can tell his only other offers are from Butler and Davidson...which I'd place more value in if he played basketball. Does possess a 4.0 GPA though.
From what I can deduce from his highlights, he's a smart and aggressive, though not physically overpowering linebacker. Takes good pursuit angles and sniffs out plays well. As a result he makes a ton of plays behind the line of scrimmage. Feels like a high effort kid. I do question whether he possesses the athleticism to cut it in power conference football, and as a result kind of question the timing of this offer.
