I realize it was a meaningless exhibition with mainly reserves but there was some hopeful signs last night:
1 Navorro Bowman played without a brace and looked like the Bowman of old
2.Jarred Hayne, the Aussie rugby player, was outstanding again. He looks like the real deal. No way they could put him on the practice squad.
3. Carlos Hyde may make us forget about Frank Who?
4. They need to find a place for Mike Purcell.
