The NC academic program for athletes makes the Clinton Foundation look like the Salvation Army. The actual NCAA penalties wil be designed to protect the basketball program. Good old Roy was just an innocent bystander. The NCAA should recruit some of the former guys from world soccer. Maybe Blatt as President? As an oversight organization the NCAA is a fraud. Glad I got that off my chest!
