23rd ranked player in the country in 2016 committed to UW today. We weren't in the running but is notable nonetheless, huge recruit for Romar. First 5* since 2011 when he landed Tony Wroten. He had a huge class last year as well.
Romar is also working hard in 2017 where it looks like Michael Porter (ranked 2nd) and Trae Young (ranked 28) are seriously considering a package deal together. Porter's young brother has already committed there.
