Implies or states that:

- OL came together really well in camp but the different scheme and approach used by USD surprised them. Sounds confident it will get fixed
- Defense played great for most of the game
- They severely constrained their playbook given the level of the opponent

Anyone buying any of it? This is their Super Bowl, so I imagine they will be sky high. I also suspect they've done extra work (prior to last weeks game) breaking down Cal film. Their defense even with their safety now out is legitimate with its speed, quickness and depth. Their OL is clearly lost and hasn't found its confidence and that plus a below average QB and WR are going to make it tough for them to score points.

If I'm SDSU, I'm counting on points via my strong special teams, winning the TO battle and keeping Goff and company in some level of check. Otherwise, it's lights out Irene.
