Hey guys, I just caught up with 2024 Modesto Christian point guard Jamari Phillips, who Cal recently offered. Below are key quotes. The rest will be saved for the article. Cal is his first offer, though he did say Oregon and Texas are looking at him as well and could be close to offering.
