Just saw the new 2016 Rivals hoops rankings (been too busy focusing on 2015 still) and the #1 high school player in the country is in Napa? Cal didn't seem to be anywhere on his list, but just curious what the story is with Jackson. I would assume these days we would at least be a player for a top player from the Bay Area, but I'm guessing there is more to this story.
