Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that Ivan Rabb is leaning towards coming back, per multiple sources. This is no surprise. I've reached out to a couple Cal commits, one told me he believes Rabb is coming back and the other insinuated the same thing, though he told me he doesn't know what Ivan will do. Plus, I have a friend in Cal Athletics who told me a couple of weeks ago that Jaylen was definitely gone and that the vibe is that Ivan Rabb is coming back. Some of you may have seen me mention that.

In addition to the opinions of those who I have reached out to, it stands to reason that if Ivan Rabb was leaving for the NBA, he would have left when Jaylen Brown left. The feeling about Ivan Rabb in the room yesterday was a feeling that he was coming back. He seemed like another one of Jaylen Brown's teammates looking on as if he would be back next year.

To be clear, Ivan Rabb is on the record as saying he doesn't know what decision he's making and Jaylen Brown declined to give any hint of as to what Ivan was going to decide. But, I just wanted to confirm that as of right now, it appears as though Ivan Rabb will stay. This is based on what I've heard from a couple of players, my friend in Cal Athletics, Connor, NBADraft.net, and my own intuitions based on all that I know.

Now, I could get an e-mail tomorrow saying that Ivan Rabb will be making an announcement on Sunday, which would obviously change things, but as of right now, it looks like Young Ivee will return for his sophomore season just like Jakob Pöltl did at Utah.
