Doubt Hufnagel has the funds to pay his lawyer's legal fees. His lawyers must be looking to get their fees paid from a pofential settlement. I also doubt the university's case is as cut and dried as everyone is accepting.or Hufnages's lawyers would not have taken the case; I know from personal experience that lawyers do not work for free.
