My FoIA request finally went through, and I received the details on six of the ten coaches contracts. The contracts for Wilcox, Azzinaro, and Tuiasosopo have not been finalized yet, but they'll send those at some point when they get finished. I also may have left out Greatwood by mistake, but I'll send another request for him. I'll break these down relatively simply

First, all of the coaches have a similar bonus structure as far as winning goes. Provided that they're not breaking rules around conduct and actually doing their job and 4-year APR is above 930, they get a shot at these bonuses:
(numbers are the maximum bonus amounts)
Make it to the Pac-12 title game: $15,000
Make it to one of the Rose, Fiesta, Sugar, Orange, Cotton, or Peach Bowls: $25,000
Make it to the National Championship: $10,000
Finish above 50% win percentage and make it to a bowl not named above: $10,000
Finish below 50% win percentage and make it to a bowl not named above: up to $5000
These bonuses stack, so if they win the Pac-12, make it to the Rose Bowl, and win the National Championship (by some act of god), the coaches are making an extra 50k

Baldwin:
3 year deal
$250,000 base salary, $320,000 talent fee for $570,000 per year
Gets a retention bonus of $80,000 on three separate occasions if he's still the OC by October 1st, 2017, August 1st, 2018, and August 1st, 2019.
Buyout if he's fired without cause is 70% of base salary, talent fee, and retention bonuses (the ones that he's earned) for the rest of the term, if he's hired away as anything other than a head coach by a Pac-12 or currently scheduled non-conference opponent, they have to pay 100% of his remaining contract.
(I think he was making 225k at EWU, nice bump up for him)
25k signing bonus
DeRuyter
3 year deal
$250,000 base salary, talent fee varies by year (due to Fresno buyout money most likely)
$50,000 this year
$140,000 next year
$257,000 the year after that
Retention bonus is $300,000 if he's here on August 1st 2019
Buyout is 100% of base salary and retention bonus (if he earned it) if fired without cause, no buyout for being hired away
DId not receive a signing bonus
Ragle:
2 year deal
Base Salary $200,000, Talent fee is $60,000
No retention bonus
Buyout is 100% of base and talent for the term if they fire him without cause
65k signing bonus
Alexander
1 year deal
Base salary at $160,000, no talent fee
Gets the full salary if he's for some reason fired without cause before the term of the contract comes up (next February)
25k signing bonus
Edwards
1 year deal
$150,000 base salary, no talent fee
Same thing with Alexander as far as buyout
25k signing bonus
Tuioti
1 year deal
$200,000 base salary, $40,000 talent fee
Buyout is 100% of base and talent for the term if they fire him without cause
25k signing bonus.

A talent fee in this scenario refers to being assigned to speak at booster functions, on various Cal related programs, during broadcasts and whatnot. Baldwin's the only one with a buyout relating to if he leaves, so he's seen as pretty valuable in that regard (and he's undoubtedly the highest paid assistant).
