Is it just me or does watching the last three seasons of KOs and our woeful coverage feel just like nails on a chalkboard?
I literally get sick watching us pooch kick or kick long or whatever else we try and watch the other team end up near the 35 yard line regardless. I can't help but view it as a litmus test of our depth, athleticism, toughness and coaching. Aesthetically, this is my #1 hope for the 2016 season. Good, consistent KO coverage.
Even if our kickers don't get it into the end zone, I know they can get it sufficiently high enough that we can run down the field and not let the other team get to the 35+ or be scared that we have to pooch or squib kick.
Is it too much to ask??!!
