ESPN has published the preseason watch lists for the Bob Cousy Point Guard award, the Jerry West Shooting Guard award, the Julius Erving Small Forward award, and the Karl Malone Power Forward award. Each list only has 20 names, and our Bears are represented on all four lists (Tyrone Wallace, Jordan Mathews, Jaylen Brown and Ivan Rabb). I'm not sure why the watch list for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center award is not included (other than the obvious, which is that no one cares since there are no Bears on that list).
