picked up the game last night with 2 minutes to play. Game was on the line. todd McKim couldn't have been more blase if he tried. He sounded like an orator at a low-key funeral. At one point, with about 1 minute to plkay, he even said, " now-- if you are Washington State, John, what should you do in this situation?" hey guys--- here's a fun fact--- you are not the announcers for WSU. Also, you are not neutral sent from the poac-12. You are Cal announcers trying like crazy to get Cal to snap a depressing losing streak. Roxie would have shouted himself hoarse --especially with the game on the line. Not too surprising--- McKim is not a Cal guy-- I believe he graduated from Oregon and spent some time in the Athletic dept. at Oregon before he came to Cal. So--- he doesn't have emotional ties to Cal. Jay John was a coach at Oregon State. Before that, he was an assistant at Arizona for many years--- I think we can do better---- " we want Roxie- we want Roxie- we want Roxie- We want Roxie-- We want Roxie"
