The Cal women's basketball team released a statement on freshman guard Breanna Cavanaugh's condition. She is out indefinitely with a concussion and has withdrawn from classes. She is unable to participate in any team activities. She will recover at home in New Jersey and there is "no timetable on her expected return" according to coach Lindsay Gottlieb.
